Post Natal Recovery Classes
Our 10 week, Physio guided exercise program is designed to assist your recovery and improve your journey back into life and exercise with post birth. Our comprehensive assessments mean that while it is a 10 week program, everyone is progressing at their own pace towards their own goals. Whether your just trying to get back to life or sport and exercise, we can guide you through the steps to get you where you want to go now, and prevent any problems in the future.
