An exercise physiologist is a university trained exercise professional that specialises in exercise programing for people with or at risk of series health conditions and or injuries.
Optimising movement patterns, strength exercises and stretching our exercise physiologists train your musculoskeletal system to perform correctly and adopt specific biomechanical patterns to allow pain free movement and lifestyle.
This can be useful for rehabilitation post injury or accident, pain free day to day living, return to exercise post time off (including post baby) or for performance enhancement.
